Doris uses these skills in her practice as an additional resource to help clients explore the relationship with their body to find wisdom, insight and a sense of calm and safety.
Additionally, Doris offers workshops and yoga class series that combine her clinical expertise with yoga practices, which creates a supportive environment for clients to explore and integrate these teachings into their lives. This interdisciplinary approach allows clients to benefit from both evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ancient wisdom of yoga, providing a unique and comprehensive path to healing and personal growth.
